Great room with good view of Ushuaia stage. Good food, good vibes and excellent staff. My wife forgot her favourite sunglasses at the breakfast and Maria at reception went out of the way to find them and returned them to us.

My stay at The Unexpected Hotel was nothing short of amazing. Where to begin? The staff. I’ve never experienced service like this in all my travels. Valeria set the tone from the start, she is the most professional and genuinely attentive person I’ve ever met, going above and beyond to make our stay as fantastic as possible.
