5 Stars all round, the food is exceptional and lives up to the Nobu brand and expectations. The setting is beyond beautiful, formal enough to match the brand, although relaxed setting right on the water perfect spot to enjoy the sunset whilst dining. The service is what really set Nobu Ibiza apart from the rest, it was personal, tailored, friendly and polished all at the same time.
