Our room was spacious and decorated nicely. The bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom facilities were shower over bath, which was it's only downfall, however extra point for having large bath sheets instead of the standard barely there towels! All the staff we had spoken with were friendly and accommodating. We were a little let down with not having access to a kettle and the nespresso machine only provided warm water not boiled. Fine if you drink coffee not so great for us tea lovers. Overa

We enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Brisbane. Everything was great from services and room. All lovely staffs, from the front door, got a nice welcome from Quincy, not sure if I spell the name correctly. And reception Poto, great customer services. Also the amazing breakfast with great barista coffee every morning. The older lady at the restaurant was very lovey and helpful. She ensured the customer came for the breakfast had something to drink, hot coffee, or ice chocolate etc. The room is also clean
