What a stunning place and staff are incredibly friendly. Very fancy vibes with glasses of Champaign on arrival, all restaurants are top notch, pools are great and just steps from the beach. What else could you ask for a weekend away. There was a mix up with my room on my birthday but was all sorted quickly and amicably. Beautiful hotel and location, food at the Terrace was super delicious, and drinks and music with great staff at The Pearl was just what I needed to end the evening - everything

This is a very nice place, with great pool, an outstanding, beautiful new gym - with complimentary water bottles, cold refill water, towels, cooled towels, and fantastic range of machines, weights, and other equipment - and a few steps away from the beach, and a lovely marina with good restaurants and fish and chips shop. Surfers Paradise is not too far - we hired bikes and enjoyed a beautiful bike ride. Customer service is exceptional all around - from porters, through any other staff to manage
