As a returning guest to Crown Towers Perth, I know the level of quality to expect, and this stay still exceeded it. Hans at the front desk was truly exceptional. His professionalism, warmth, and efficiency made check-in effortless and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was beautifully presented, with a generous bath and in-room TV that made it perfect for unwinding. The pool area was equally impressive and offered a luxurious escape from the heat. Crown Perth is amazing. Rooms very clean and staff are so nice and friendly. We spent a small fortune and our suite was incredible. Would definately return and they value their guests. A special thanks to CoCo in concierge whom helped with some printing etc.. Exceptional service. The pools can get very busy, but staff do their best to manage. Thanks guys great stay.
