Beautiful volcanic mountain. You see the lava residue all over next to the road since it's last eruption. We were swimming in the ocean in the morning and then in the afternoon we were building a snowman. The viewpoint was also very beautiful.

This place feels like it's not of this world! You will truly be impressed by the natural and unique beauty of this place because it's certainly not like anywhere else you have visited! I would recommend a guided tour where you can not only learn about the history of this magical area because there is a lot to learn and a lot to enjoy.

Awesome. But to get to the peak, you need a separate permit. The website that sell cabin tickets offer the tour to the peak for 140 eur. This is a scam as the permit is totally free of charge but must to be booked upfront on the government website. One day is not enough to explore the whole park + observatory.
