Marvelous & very delicious Horse steak & Kaiseok cuisine in Kumamoto. A Taiwanese commented that he would fly from Taiwan to come here to have a horse steak in the review. I was sold & cane over to try it as well. Indeed, the horse steak was prepared & cooked perfectly to let you fully enjoyed in many ways. Additionally, several different horse meat were also prepared in many different cooking style. Frankly speaking, it definitely worthy you fly from anywhere on this planet to try it. Highly recommended.
