By far our best meal in Sri Lanka! Run by a husband and wife team (with the kids watching on), this small family restaurant is everything you’re looking for in a small local family restaurant. In a quiet spot, Away from the hustle and bustle of the town, worth the walk or trip to this restaurant. Only small, 6 tables in the front of their house/restaurant. Beautiful service, super friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, everything prepared and cooked fresh, super tasty, clean and authentic. You won’t leave hungry. We also opted for the side salad and that was one of the best and freshest salads we’ve ever eaten. I would recommend getting it even if you don’t need it. Overall one of the best meals we’ve eaten in Sri Lanka from a beautiful and friendly family, would highly recommend stopping in for a meal if you are in the area. Support the locals
