Exactly the kind of place we hoped to find here in Kagoshima. Oishi! We had been recommended to try the black pork. And it was very good. Arrived around midday without a reservation. Shown to a bench table (2 next to each other). QR code got us a menu in English, and the sauces were helpfully labelled in English too. My black pork set lunch was delicious. The pork crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Homemade dipping sauce was very good, but I found the miso sauce even better. Pickles, rice bowl and miso soup all tasty. Ebisu beer (Oishi!) and a shochu tasting for drinks. Great service. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended
