The exceptional experience began immediately with our airport transfer. Our driver greeted us warmly, and the car was equipped with WiFi and WhatsApp connectivity to the hotel's e-Butler service. This personal touch kept us informed about meals, activities, and options throughout our stay - a level of service I've never encountered before. Our spacious, comfortable room featured a stunning deck with outdoor furnishings overlooking the manicured gardens and sea. With only 9 apartments at the property, finding the perfect spot to relax was never an issue. The intimate size creates a truly exclusive atmosphere where privacy and tranquility reign supreme. Chef Jiwa Raga is nothing short of a fine dining master. Every meal was a culinary journey - from the à la carte breakfast and lunch options to the spectacular degustation dinners that showcased incredible local seafood and seasonal produce from the hotel's own gardens. I celebrated my birthday during our visit, and the entire hotel, including Chef Jiwa, made it the most memorable birthday of my life.
