Guest Review
I honestly have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. They made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in with us before departure to ensure our stay had been pleasant. The rooms were exactly what you pay for, and thoroughly cleaned, even when we didn’t request it. The location is great too: close to pubs, food spots, and a Tesco. There are several bus stops nearby, and if you enjoy a walk, Hammersmith Broadway Station is definitely doable on foot. Since it’s a renovated Victorian era house, there are naturally a few things to note. The walls are thin, and the room doors don’t close completely due to a gap at the bottom. This leads to hearing conversations or noise from the staircase, and the motion sensor light for the stairs causes light to come in under the door. My only suggestion would be to install weather/insulation strips to close that gap. Overall, a lovely stay. I would definitely come back!
