I had a great stay at this hotel – honestly one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The room was comfortable, clean, and everything was well organized from check-in to check-out. We did face a small issue during our stay, but the staff handled it professionally and resolved it quickly specially Be, Naderya Also the general manager Erwin van Der Veen sweep by before we check out and he is a great guy he just made sure that we leave happy, which really showed how much they care about their guests.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful and modern, and it is always clean. The pools and beach are everything you want from a vacation. The level of service is top notch - staff is truly kind and personable, and they think of every little detail. In general, it’s apparent pretty quickly that they leave nothing to chance at Sala Samui: during the pool party, the restaurant gave away free bites and drinks, and they hosed us for an all included tea time. Stunning hotel, great location, and most importantly amazing staff! As we arrived we were given a choice of pillow styles, soap and lotions, while our bags were taken to the room. The room smelled fresh everyday, the staff were incredibly attentive, even (without asking) placing electricity adapters in the sockets!
