Very friendly staff, from valet to reception to restaurant and roof top bar. Great selection for breakfast, very clean Spa and fully equipped gym (one of the best gyms I have used in a hotel). Only negative aspect. Shower water pressure in our room (9th floor) was very very low.

Great services in the hotel. Ms Sevval from Reservation department and Ms Selcan from roof restaurant were very very kind and customer oriented. We thank to all the staff, from the reception to the cleaning ladies! I have noticed the staff from “hot food” preparation section, the lady cooking “gozleme” and her colleagues were doing their jobs with love and dedication. You can feel it! We were very pleased to stay once more in this hotel!
