Guest Review
This was our first time staying at a 5-star hotel in Japan and it was amazing!!! We stayed for 2 nights this past November using the AmEx Platinum hotel collection. We didn't have any issues redeeming the $100 room credit for breakfast (which was quite a deluxe spread), and got a free upgrade thanks to AmEx and the hotel! The hotel itself felt very upscale, the workers were polite and helpful. The location was excellent, right next to Nagasaki station entrance. The room was large with a walk in closet and balcony overlooking Mount Inasa and the water. The beds were the best we've have ever had in a hotel - soft but supportive with good pillows and a fluffy duvet. The AC/heat was nice and gentle compared to the other hotels, there was minimal temperature fluctuation. The shower had rainfall and handheld however the water pressure was only OK (better than American hotels but not as good as some other Japanese hotels). The bathroom amenities were decent. The pajamas were comfortable also. Nicest hotel slippers I've ever used. If we ever come back to Nagasaki, we would definitely stay here again if the price was right
