This is an amazing property located right across the Rehin river with a panoramic view of the Cologne cathedral. The real jem of the hotel is through the classy yet comfortable service from all the staff on site. Check in was such a wonderful experience. It was warm and effortless with no frills and no fuss. All the staff on site were smart competent and classy. In room dining arrived in less than 20mins exactly as foretold. There was never a dull moment while waiting for service requested. Br

Fantastic Hyatt property. The location is perfect if you are interested in one of the most picturesque views in the world. It's about a 10-12 minute walk across the bridge and it can get quite cold in the winter so be aware. We were okay with the walk and the few times we ended up walking across town we took an uber back that was very affordable. Robes and slippers in the room were a nice touch and the actual room was very large for a standard king room. It was great to have some extra space.
