Only stayed one night but oh my goodness the service and staff were beautiful! Boyfriend recommended that we stay here after he stayed with his family and it didn’t disappoint and went beyond my expectations! Felt so safe, cared for and welcomed during my stay even got complimentary hot chocolate on arrival! Everyone was super sweet and would greet us wherever we were in the hotel and the breakfast was also incredible they had such a variety of food from western to Vietnamese! The location was a

The best hotel to stay in Sapa! Starting from the reservation team Lenna, Nguyen, Tran, and Kylie for giving their best assistance and detailed information prior to our arrival so we can booked the Fansipan tour in advance with a complete package inclusion and the VIP pass as well so there is no queue at all and we could really enjoy our trip and sightseeing at Fansipan. Really appreciate Mr. Peter (General Manager) who spent time to welcome us in the morning and introduce about the hotel itself
