City Center Apartment

The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The service was terrible, though. Despite notifying them 30 minutes before arrival, as requested, they kept us waiting for over an hour at the door. Their excuse was that they had more than 20 apartments to hand over that day (which didn't bother us at all). After much insistence, they sent someone who only spoke Norwegian, and obviously, they didn't explain anything about the apartment.

The landlord was very casual. 1. They said they would give us the key code at 3 PM that day, but didn't until almost 10 PM, leaving us waiting anxiously outside. They didn't respond to our messages, and there was no apology. 2. The hot water ran out in the middle of my shower. I reported it to the landlord, but they didn't respond or respond at all. The hot water wasn't restored until the next morning. 3. There was a pile of wet sheets and quilts in the washing machine, even a dishcloth. No one
