Very welcoming and friendly. Hotel presentation is impeccable, the smell is amazing and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. The Moon Bar is so beautiful, great view, drinks are reasonable compared to some other establishments. Really impressed by the cocktails, they were amazing! Only thing to consider when booking breakfast is that they will take you to a secondary location if Level 60 is booked where the selection of food is a lot smaller.

We had an amazing experience at Saffron Thai Restaurant at Banyan Tree Bangkok. The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious—authentic Thai flavors, beautifully presented, and very satisfying.
