You seriously couldn’t find nicer or friendlier staff than at the Aston Resort. I wish we had customer service like that in Australia! Very reasonably priced and great location. Pool was fabulous and well maintained. We’ll be back

What a royal treatment we received here — we truly felt like King and Queen! For a reason that shall remain unnamed (but certainly not due to the Aston or its staff), we were given a room upgrade — one we could only have dreamed of before… What an absolutely fantastic stay we’ve had! Everything was there, and we were completely pampered. The incredibly extensive breakfast, all the kind and friendly staff, the wonderfully comfortable beds, the beautiful bathroom — we lacked absolutely nothing.

We had a great stay at Aston Gili Trawangan. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very attentive. When we requested an extra bed for our child, the front desk offered a thoughtful solution by suggesting the sofa bed first, along with extra pillows and blankets. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable bathroom. The hotel has a great location for sunset views and is very suitable for families, with activities like movie time and a relaxed, kid-friendly atmosphere.
