Nice little pocket park, to celebrate the Siem Reap open defecation-free status (ODF). An unusually named park, with playground, restroom, police station, public library and a coffee shop. A nicely landscaped little park, at the gateway to an old market, located just beyond the French-style architecture. Hidden bonus-tap for drinking water near front of Library.
