These Inca ruins in the middle of Cuenca's city are a neat little piece of history, though they're not particularly impressive compared to other sites. If you're looking for something more detailed, the museum just down the block has much bigger ruins and nicer exhibits. That said, it's still a nice spot to see a bit of history, and since it's right in the city, you can easily walk by and get a glimpse- especially convenient if the museum happens to be closed.
