The Golden Gate view point and the Golden Gate observation deck are fabulous places to view this majestic bridge. I recommend driving west through the Marin Headlands and visit point Bonita. This area was so cool with all the old military bunkers, battery's and missile sites. The point Bonita trail offers great views of the Pacific Ocean and also a great place to observe whales and huge shipping vessels. There was hardly any visitors in point Bonita and it was a great place to sit and relax and
